My Story

This hasn’t been my whole life.

Contrary to what most people may assume of me, I haven’t always been into fitness. People that know me already, will be aware of what I used to look like (as you can see in the picture just below and to the left).

Going back to 2011-2012 when I was 16/17, I was your typical teenager – going around to friends’ houses every weekend and getting ridiculously drunk whilst consuming endless amounts of takeaways at weekends AND on weekdays! Was definitely taking in way more calories than I was using. Don’t get me wrong, being the age that I was, my image or health didn’t overly concern me. Then one day I decided that enough was enough. I enrolled at a local gym (which as luck would have it, I have worked there since July 2014), lost a lot of weight, and here I am now! A Team Leader and part-time self-employed Personal Trainer – easy to say, life in fitness is good! Contact me now
